The Best Link URL Shorteners
The fact is there are lots of Link URL Shorteners out there these days.
So deciding which one to use can leave you mixed up and confused 😕
So what are the best Link URL Shorteners on the market today and how do you pick which one to use?
The best Link URL Shortener out there will have a range of different features – the question is, which one is right for you? What features do you need and which really don’t matter?
The fact is you probably won't know exactly what features you need from the start or even the volume of links and clicks you might need, and over time your feature requirements might change, and your demand for more click and link capacity will increase.
So our advice is to go with the most feature-rich platform you can, with the highest limits, at the best price. That way you are future-proofing yourself.
So what we've done on this page is give you a clear comparison chart where you can compare some of the leading link shorteners on the market today including our own platform zubbit.
WHAT'S IN THE COMPARISON CHART
1) Full Feature List - We've tried to include the fullest feature list possible so you can make a more informed comparison. So many platforms don't really give a really detailed list so where we can we've drilled right down to the detail on this list.
2) Usage Limits – We've added all the usage limits you get for each feature. This is critical to look at to see if you will end up upgrading on any of the services. There is nothing worse than subscribing to a service, and then six months later you need to upgrade to accommodate your increased usage. So make sure you pick a platform that's going to get you the highest set of limits at a price that you can afford.
3) Pricing – What we've done is to put the price you'd need to pay on each of the Link URL Shortener services to match the zubbit feature set and usage limits. This gives you an idea of what you might end up paying if you need more capacity. We have few limits on zubbit so you don't need to worry about upgrading to get more clicks or links. Incidentally, you can read here how zubbit keeps its price so low.
PRICE GUIDE
Just to reiterate what we've done in terms of price. With zubbit as the lowest cost but most feature-rich service, we've used that as the benchmark and listed the price you'd need to pay on each service to match that feature set.
FEATURE GUIDE
As a further guide to what you will see in the comparison chart, here are a few pointers.
1) Unlimited - This means that the service is placing no restriction on your use of this particular feature.
2) ✓ - This means that the service supports this feature.
3) X - This means that the service doesn't say they support this feature on their website, however it doesn't mean they don't, but they are not saying it up front on their website anywhere.
4) ? - This means that the service supports the feature but is not saying on their website the specific details or usage limits imposed.
5) Coming Soon - This means that the service currently doesn't support this feature but has declared it to be on their short-term roadmap.
NOTE
When the service provider is not specifically saying they support a feature or they do but are not explaining the function detail and the usage limits of detail then quite often you need to start paying upfront to find out. So it's worth finding out if they support every feature in a trial or ask their support desk for more information.
However we would advise going with a platform that tells you all the features, functions and usage limits upfront then you don't need to waste time and money finding out.
